File: 2022-476 – On January 28, 2022 at approximately 7 am, Port Moody Police responded to Moody Middle School for a report of an 18-year-old male in medical distress. Port Moody Fire Rescue and British Columbia Ambulance Service also attended the scene. The male remains in hospital in critical condition.
This is an isolated incident and not believed to be suspicious. There is no risk to the public and the school is now open and operating regularly. No further information will be released at this time.
