Miscellaneous:
An Officer observed a vehicle illegally parked in a handicapped stall. Upon approach, the officer observed the parties rolling a joint. When the driver opened the door an overpowering smell of marijuana was detected. The parties were arrested. In the course of the arrest, officers located a replica colt pistol on one party. The replica was a pellet gun but very realistic. The driver was issued a 24hr driving prohibition and the vehicle was impounded. The gun was seized. If one is going to do drugs while carrying a fake gun I would suggest that rolling a joint while awkwardly parked in a handicapped stall might not be the best way of avoiding detection.
Officers were contacted as people were concerned about an adult male climbing trees without a shirt on along St Johns st. By the time police arrived, the male had bought flowers and was on his way to work. The male was apparently just “letting off steam” by climbing trees.
A suspected drug trafficker was issues a 24hr driving prohibition for driving under the influence of marijuana.
Officers seized 17 grams of marijuana off a group of 4 teens who were caught smoking pot at an elementary school
A male was arrested for breaching his probation after refusing to leave a store.
Officers stopped a 24 year old male and in the course of the investigation seized cocaine and money from the male who was believed to be involved in drug trafficking.
