On June 20, 2010, Port Moody Police attended the 200 block of Guildford Way, Port Moody, for a report of a male exposing himself to a female complainant. The complainant advised police as follows:

• She had just returned from a walk and entered a bedroom to shut the blinds
• Male was standing outside the window, with his pants down, exposing himself/committing an indecent act
• Male looked at the complainant, but did not say anything to her
• Male abruptly left the area and was last seen walking westbound on Guildford Way 

• Causasian male
• approximately 35-40 years of age
• approximately 5’9” tall, 170 lbs with a medium build
• brown wavy medium-short hair, with a very full brown beard and side burns
• wearing olive green short-sleeved shirt and khaki green cargo pants with puffy pockets
