The following are examples of compliments which we have received:
"Dear Const. Kim,
As this is my fourth year serving on the Port Moody Traffic Safety Committee (now called the Transportation Committee), I am obviously passionate about traffic safety.
When I read your article in the Now last Wednesday (June 3, 2009), I thought that I must write to you and send kudos for an excellent article, and important and powerful message. Good work !" |

"Dear Constable Kim,
I really enjoy your columns; it is one I read regularly. I sometimes cut it out and mail it to my brother or others or discuss it with co workers.
Being a Police Officer must be a very thankless job. I, for one, am grateful to you and all of the other Police Officers who do their best to keep us safe. Most people are probably law abiding, but it looks to me like our laws are making it easier for the bad guys to get off and making it more difficult for Policemen. If I were Prime Minister, and had the power to do so, I would change the laws. Unfortunately, I don’t have the stomach for politics.
Keep up the good work. There are many of us who appreciate you and feel safer because you are there. And keep up the great columns."
